Monsters Incorporated is the largest scare factory in Monstropolis—a world of monsters where electricity is powered by children’s screams. The factory’s top scare team, Sulley and Mike, get the fright of their lives when a tiny human child enters their world.

Before she is returned home, Boo meets many of the factory’s unassuming monsters. Pictured in an all-over print across this backpack are some of these monsters, including the huge Sulley and one-eyed Mike. Mike’s girlfriend, Celia, is also featured along with their adversary, Randall. In a proud pose is the head honcho of the factory, Henry J. Waternoose, along with administrator Roz and George Sanderson, a Scarer who falls victim to a “Code 2319”. Of course, little Boo is also present in her monster disguise. The bold colours of the monsters stand out against the navy background of the backpack and are complimented with pleasing blue straps, bordering and piping. The front pocket also features a custom-shaped enamel zipper charm made to look like a Scream Canister—a storage tank for the scream energy of human kids that the Scarers collect.
