Made from heavy duty carbon steel with a double non-stick coating, the rolled edges are built for durability and help prevent warping.

Care and Use: Dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer safe. Avoid metal utensils and metal scourers to protect the non-stick coating. Always use an oven glove when hot. Before first use, remove all packaging including the clip, then rinse with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
