BAKEMASTER - LARGE OVAL PROVING BASKET - 35 X 35 X 7CM

Bake rustic, artisan-style loaves at home with the Bakemaster Large Oval Proving Basket. It's made from natural rattan and is designed for rising dough. It helps the dough hold its shape before baking. The basket gives the dough flavour and texture, and leaves a spiral imprint on the finished loaf. It suits a variety of breads, including white, rye and sourdough.

This basket comes with a lining.

Material: Natural rattan

Care and Use: Rattan is a natural fibre and is hand wash only. After use, gently tap out any excess flour, or use a bristly brush to clear debris from the grooves. Wash in warm water and dry thoroughly with a paper or kitchen towel. Do not soak, and avoid strong detergents. Store in a cool, dry area. Do not stack it or store it in plastic. Let air circulate freely. Not suitable for baking.
