Each dish is made from quality carbon steel with a durable non-stick coating for easy release. Rolled edges add strength and durability, and the dishes are fridge, freezer and oven safe (max 230°C).
Dimensions: 12.5 x 3cm
Care and Use: Hand wash only. Rinse and towel dry after each wash. Oven safe to 230°C. Do not use knives and avoid metal scourers, which could damage the pan. Not suitable for microwave use or on a direct heat source or flame.
