PEER SORENSEN SERVING BOARDS - RECTANGULAR SERVING BOARD 30.5 X 28CM
Entertain in style with this acacia serving board from Peer Sorensen. Its rectangular shape suits cheese, charcuterie, hors d'oeuvres, fruit and desserts, and it is just as handy for displaying sides, bread, appetisers or sweets.
Made from fast-growing acacia wood, each board shows its own natural colour and grain, with rich, warm hues. Acacia is hardwearing and has inherent antibacterial properties, and both sides are designed to be used.
Dimensions: 30.5 x 28 x 1.2cm
Material: Acacia wood
Care and Use: Sponge the board with hot, soapy water before first use and after each use, then towel dry and stand it on its end until completely dry. Never soak the board or put it in the dishwasher, and avoid steel brushes or steel wool. Every few weeks, or as needed, apply an even coat of food-grade mineral oil. Some foods may stain the timber.
